Catching the pack Lucia opened it quickly, then looked at Geru"Some towels would be good theres gonna be a lot of blood, but i'll get that"She said before moving to get some towels, returning she knelt back down"Will you pull it out" she asked geru not wanting to do it herself.

"Alright... but have those towels ready and pray that i don't hit anything on the way out." Geru said, kneeling down and gripping the handle of the dagger. After a second of mental preparation he swiftly yanked the dagger out and it flew straight up to the ceiling, turning half a revolution and getting stuck there. "Sorry.." he said, looking at it.

She sighed looking at the dagger"Great im going to half to get that down later" shaking her head she placed the towels over the wound"Hold that down and keep pressure on it" she rumaged through the medi pack getting out some anti bacterial wipes, stiching and painkillers "I can't do much im not a doctor ya know but i can sow him up for now which should be fine" removing the towel she kept pressure on the wound with her hand whislt using a small medical instrument to hold the skin together, then cleaning it she started to sow the wound up.

Ava dodged the zombies that suddenly lunged at her. She spotted a back door and ran for it, shoving the door open wide. Biting her lip, she quickly slammed the door shut and looked around for something to block the door. There was nothing in sight; she was in an alley. She thought hard for a second and grimaced when she dug into her pocket and produced her green dagger. Licking her lips, she used the handle to break off the knob and slowly backed away. A few infected were starting to spill into the alley; she looked around for another escape route.

Geru watched as she worked, keeping the towel over what was left of the wound until the space was so small that there was no point. "You've done very well..." he said, inclining his head at the now closed wound, it seeped a bit and Geru grabbed a roll of gauze and some tape, then cut a suitable sized square and taped around the edges ad then one strip through the middle to keep the gauze down. "And don't worry about your dagger, i'll get that down... it was my fault anyway."

Geru looked around for an easily defensible position. "The infected are going to come through the door soon, if we put him over in the corner we could fight them off until its clear." He grimmaced at the thought, this wasn't going to be pretty but he couldn't see any other way out of it.

Kuroku awoke with a start and shuddered at the dream and how he had narrowly escaped and sighed. He sensed the infected coming and sighed again. He struggled to get to his feet and laughed at his weakness.

Ava made a good distance from the infected grocery store and in a short time. She was immensely proud of herself for not having any extremely bad run in's with more infect as she ran through the city. Soon she found herself in a seemingly abandoned neighborhood and she slowed her sprint to catch her breath. She looked around worriedly, her dagger ready in her hand. Walking in the middle of the street, she listened and looked in the direction of a house that was swarming with infected. Big mobs of infected meant one thing; survivors.

Kuroku finally managed to struggle to his feet and picked up his scythe with a grunt. As he did so he felt the familiar sadness creep into his bones at the prospect of killing that which was once human. He kicked down a door and began killing the once human zombies and the familiar tears streaked down his face. "Damn it..."

Ava had already explored the perimeter of the house surrounded by a mob of zombies without being noticed, so she knew all the exits and entrances. It was type of ritual she did every time she found herself in these situations. Although, it was times like these that she wished she had a gun with unlimited ammo. Shaking her head of thoughts of different weapons, she had her dagger ready in her hand except this time she pressed a hidden button and suddenly it extended into a sword. With a look of determination, she stood behind the horde of infected people and whistled. She caught some attention from them and almost instantly were they lunging at her. She expertly swiped at the closest ones with her sword and began luring them away from the house.

At that exact moment Kuroku burst from the house now cleared of all infected. He saw the girl under assault and dove into the horde of infected and danced among them and everywhere he struck there was death.

Ava spotted Kuroku amongst the throng of infected and was over joyous that he at least was alive. Though, her moment of relief was not long lived as the infected kept snapping at her. It was hard fighting infected with all but a sword because sometimes when they first go down she was never sure if they’d stay down. But she had a plan! She began leading them to somewhere in the distance. A big fence loomed closer and closer; protecting what looked like a factory of some sort. Ava had seen the sign that read a caution for the electric fence, now all she had to do was lead the infected right into the fence and somehow miraculously not run into it herself.

Krys jumped out by the window. He rushed to the zombies and stared punching, kicking, throwing and backflipping on them.

Kuroku clears a path and runs to the girl and yells above the ruckus the infected were making, "You know the power is out right. With that he turns back to the infected and stands killing them again...

Ava felt her heart sink into the bowels of her stomach. He was right. Now, she realized with dread, she had just painted them into corner. She lashed out at the horrific and disfigured infected as more plans dashed through her mind. Quickly, she glanced up at the fence again; sure enough there was barbed wire lining the top. She had lost her concentration for only a second, and in that instant she had been plowed into and knocked to the ground. Blinking furiously it took her a moment to realize the infected being that had knocked her down was still trying to take a chunk out of her throat and she screamed as she tried to hold him back with her sword.

Kuroku yells, "Fuck To The Hell NO...!" And with all his might kicks the infected off of the girl and helps her up.... "Don't worry about them I will take care off them we need to get to a hiding spot so quickly jump down into the sewers...." As he says this he indicates the man hole that is on the ground...

Ava once again felt like crying in relief as they the infected was off of her. She quickly stumbled to her feet and looked hesitantly into the man hole leading into the sewers. Though, she swiftly jumped down into the man hole hoping she was not leading herself into further danger. Her sword was ready in her hands in case something was already down in the sewers. All was silent except for the racket above her. “Hurry!” She called to him as she tried to see in the dim light of the sewers.

Kuroku jumped down and jammed the manhole cover into place and landed next to her. He pulled out a flashlight and began to walk, "Hurry we can go to my secret base...however, be wary there may be infected down here..."
