Abandoned

Cold, Dark and alone..
..I don't even have that for comfort,
Left here by you after all the promises,
You made, Surround by hundreds yet none i want to know

Why would you do this?
Why would you go?
And most importantly,
Why wouldn't you let me know.

Did you think i would be happier?
Did you think i would for get you?
Did you think everything i said to you was a lie?

You left me here,
You know i can't stand the place without you
Everyone says it'll be fine ill find others
But i don't want others,
I just want you

You Smiled at me
And i Smiled back,
I don't remeneber the silly things like the sounds or sights,
But i do remenber the feeling when you walked nearer.

Smiling, smiling at me
Like The sun In the night, you threw my world out of whack
You took my hand and pulled me away,
I'd never been so happy

Then Out of Nowhere, Like A bomb in the sky
You destroyed my world,
All it took were a few simple words,
And you left damaged me for life.

All my trust went to you and you threw out the window
Like a child that didn't get what it wanted for christmas,
Left broken and torn, you turned your back on the damage
Now all thats left is,
The Broken and Unwanted pieces...

...The Damaged goods...

Light in the dark

The lights they shone so bright
I didnt realise then
That this would be our last night

Such an evil force
Such an evil day
Such a pain in my heart
As i saw you laying there

Such hatred i felt
As your body collapsed
And you hit the ground
Lying there, Dying there, In all your glory

Why Did you have to go
And do a stupid thing like that
Didn't you know,
I'd give anything to take your place

The tears i cied where nothing
That day compared to the ones i cried
The moment i felt a sting of guilt for hating you
I see it now that its not your fault

Comfort comes and comfort goes
But i will never forget you
Ever

Hatred and lies

Your smile once made me smile
Your kiss once made my heart beat fast
Your stares would take my breath away

But then you went and ruined it all
Your looks mean nothing to me now
Your touch just makes me shiver in hate

Your brought this on us
And you alone, i hope you know
It was worth it just to see you go

You played me like a toy
Controlled my every word
Made me think it was always my Fault

And now you look, you look and see
The one person who ever hurt you more
Then you hurt me,
I admit what i did was wrong

But you did far worse then i ever could
You lied to me, You cheated on me
But worst of all, the whole way through it

Cold

Now you say its all my fault
Now you say I did wrong
But you Should know before you judge
You made me this way

I look at you and my eyes glace over
You call me cold you call me heartless
But in truth i learnt from you

Everytime you touched her
Everytime you were with her
You knew how much i was hurting
An yet you still persisted

But that wasnt what hurt the most
No what hurt most
Was that you did it right in front of me

You watched me as your lips touched her
Your eyes showed no mercy
You stood there forcing my eyes to meet yours
And yet i know i should have turned away

When i left, i left in anger
Revenge was on my mind
All i saw was her,
Maybe if it wasn't her

Just maybe i could have forgiven you
But her, My best friend how could you

I took it in my stride
I hurt you at your core
I went and found the one person
You couldnt stand at all

Yet all i did was break you
Like you broke me

So why should i apologise
When your the one who made me
Like this so heartless and so

A Shock To The System

At first we were quiet
The tension in the air,
was like the silence
Kinda arkward

I remenber
The look you gave me
it made my heart skip a beat
But the thing i remember most

Was how you made me
Feel more Alive
Then I had felt a long time
Like A sudden shock to the system

The rushing blood
The Tingling feeling
From Your Touch
The sensation of your breath

The Rush and High
When your lips crashed on mine
and then it was over
The feeling left

Just a Matter of seconds
But you've burned your way
Onto my heart
Since ive never felt more alive
Then when im with you

Kinda cheesy i know and a little rubbish but hey its been a while since i wrote any shiz lol

Haha so this is an unfinished poem I'm working on for a compition, it's actually really bad but hey the prize is like 3 grand gotta give it a try right, can't fail if you don't try but ya can't win that way either :3

Simplicity
It’s a beautiful dream,
A selfish dream, there’s no doubt,
But that’s what gives it, its beauty.

It’s completeness, ease, a serenity that is rarely found,
A state of peace, where answers come easily,
Consequences aren’t are hard;
Everything is simple, because you have a definite.

It’s as easy as the sun rising on a morning and setting in the evening,
As easy as the moon rising to take it’s place,
As easy as the stars that supports the moon,
And the space that binds them.

As beautiful, when reached, as birth,
As beautiful as the innocence in a child’s heart,
As beautiful as a bird that is taking its first flight.

But it’s also a monster,
A state of evil.

A few words,
And the blood of masses can be spilled.
A single gesture,
And a relationship of any kind can be brought to an end.
A single signature,
And an entire forest can be brought to its knees.
