After Cindy told Ethan about the weird woman they hurried up on their shopping and let her pick up her bag of feathers. as they left the street was crowded and Ethans hope in running into Donia was broken as they walked home. To Emily's suprise Ethan used the spare money left over from Dad's give out and bought root beer flouts and the three enjoyed them before their father got home.

A few days later, Donia was getting frustrated with the marks and how to keep them a secret from her parents. She’d already spilled the beans about them to Erika who assaulted her into telling as soon as she got back from the grocery store. Today, she was feeling particularly dismayed that she might end up having them for the rest of her life. Finally, when she was fed up enough of barricading herself in her room, she took flight and headed to the playground on the edge of town. It stood at the very border of the Demon vs Angel territory, so it was a toss up which held more power there, though it was rarely used. After she glamoured her wings, she sat on a rickety swing and gently swayed with it. Though she wouldn’t admit it, she was partially hoping to see Ethan there. Meanwhile, Ariel hovered above in the air, looking down on the scene.

Cindy had begged and begged to be taken to the platground for some fresh air, reluctantly Ethan took her. 'she is 15 yet she needs an esscort' he thougth as he walked dow nthe street. He had picked the playground where it was least likey he would have to fight to stay in it. so they walked until they got there Ethan saw Cindy run for the swings as he walked to sit on the giant spinner his feet making it sway side to side. he scratched the side of his chest his fingers could concieously feel the marks undernearth his clothing. He began to think about Donia a sly smile on his face.

Ariel swiftly landed on the ground, looking inconspicuous as he stepped on the playground. Alizabell silently joined him as they watched over the couple from the play structure. Donia finally looked up when Cindy approached the swing set. Her lips were set in a thin line as she realized the girl was an Angel. However, she soon remembered the girl was Ethan’s sister. Her eyes widened at the realization and she frantically looked around hoping he was here to and sure enough she spotted him at the giant spinner. Trying to keep a straight face, she stood up and quietly made her way over to him. She sat down next to him and wiggled her fingers in a halfhearted wave. “Wassup…Ethan the White Wing,” she greeted. Ariel and Alizabell nodded to each other and at last revealed their Angelic and Demonic aura’s, letting their presence be known.

Ethan looked up at Donia and his sly smile turned flashy. "how are you Donia the demon girl" he joked. then a pressure hit him "do you feel that" he wanted to flirt but his protective instincts were making him do otherwise. his eyes went to his sister "Donia do you see those two over there" he pointed t ostrange figures off by the big trees their haunting eyes staring back at his. He stood up his muscles tense for a fight if it arose.

Donia now felt ridiculous for coming over to talk to him. He was an Angel, her opposite, and she was supposed to hate him. She blinked twice to clear her thoughts and sensed the Angel and Demon twins. She looked over to where he pointed and sure enough she saw the twins staring back at them. “Yeah, what do you think they want?” She had suspicions someone had tailed her for the past few days, feeling a pair of eyes on her every hour, but couldn’t prove it until now. “I think they’ve been following us,” she stood up and whispered to him. A red sheen slid over her eyes as the twins slowly approached. Alizabell held her hands up as they came closer. “We mean peace-“ she started. “And only wish to speak,” Ariel finished for her.

Ethan relaxed his fists a little bit hopping they weren't ling he looked at Donia "should we believe them" he whispered his voice was blank and his eyes held a sense of danger as he thought of a fight. the violet eyes of his was become lighter with a gold tint. he looked back "what about" he looked at the woman and rememebered the tale his little sister told him "your the one who freaked my little sis. Whats your deal getting off on that"

“I don’t know,” Donia admitted. “I think so.” Ariel raised a curious brow at her. “If we wanted smite you, we wouldn’t have waited this long to do it,” he spoke up suddenly and shoved his hands in his pocket, knowing they were going to be here for a while. Alizabell reached up and slid her hood off, though her face was still covered in black wrappings. “That’s what this is about, so to speak. You, girl,” she said turning to Donia. “Her name is Donia, sister to dear,” Ariel corrected his twin. Alizabell scowled briefly before continuing. “During that fight with the one known as Emily, strange markings appeared on your face.” Donia flinched and reached up to touch the markings under the coverup and rubbed it off. Alizabell felt a grim smile of triumph at seeing them, loving being right. Ariel looked at Ethan slyly. “All we need to know is if you have marks, boy.” Alizabell glanced at her twin before correcting him, “Ethan, brother dear.”

Ethan looked at the grass and sand and at Donia "why, why are these markings so important" he remembered his father advising him never to say to much before understanding the circumstances and he wanted to keep to that peice of advise. "and why have you been tracking us?'' Cindy looked over to see Ethan with the Demon girl and there were two more but something about them was ancient that much she could tell. sitting on the swing she watched their aura's tell their stories.

“Because we needed to know if you are who we think you are,” Alizabell confusingly explained like it was obvious. Ariel raised both brows, staring at the couple strangely. “We either need a “yes I have strange markings on my body that weren’t always there” or a “no I don’t have strange markings on my body that weren’t always there.”” Donia rolled her eyes at his sarcasm. “Look, this whole thing sounds stupid. Just leave us alone and fly back to whatever cave you’ve crawled out of.” Her eyes flashed bright red before fading back to their normal color. Ariel smiled crookedly at her in a daunting way until Alizabell put a hand on his shoulder. “We must tell them brother dear, for they won’t be content until we do.” Donia felt anger rise to the surface. “Tell us what?!” she snapped at them. Ariel glanced at Donia wonderingly and perhaps a hint of awe. “Fiery; just like the old queen,” he commented to his twin.

Cindy smiled but inside she was sad and over joyed. she walked over to her brother. he had been very quiet the hole time he was shopping with her until they got hom and he took her t ohis room and told her about the markings and he even showed her she thought they were a mark of a curse until the strange Twins showed up then everything was clear "its ok Ethan you can tell them their not the bad guys you can trust them" she looked at the demon twin "i think" she murmered. Ethan looked at his sister and back at Donia then to the twins "if i say yes what happens then" he deffiantly said his voice strong and defensive.

“Strong and wise; the traits of a king,” Alizabell remarked to her brother. By now Donia was more than confused; she stepped closer to Ethan, seeking comfort. Ariel smirked at the defiance in Ethan’s voice instead of finding it endearing like his twin did, he was amused. “It means you’re exactly who we need to be talking to.” Ariel flashed a brilliant smile at Cindy. “How sweet, he seems to have taken others under his wing already.” Alizabell’s look to him was scolding. “Ethan’s adopted, that’s his sister, brother dear, not his follower.” Ariel shrugged. “Let’s just tell them already.” Alizabell sighed and glanced around. “A long long time ago, Angels and Demons were at war with each other. I know things aren’t exactly perfect now, but it worse back then. The war was out of control and destroying the earth and its people. The Queen of Demons and King of Angels decided to marry so as the create peace. Only out allies didn’t approve of the unity. They raided the castle and betrayed us by slaughtering our King and Queen.” Alizabell felt tears welling up in her eyes before she unwrapped the bandages around her head, revealing all the black burns across her face. “They broke us like old toys and sent us into exile as they claimed our castle.” She looked to her brother for help, feeling she wasn’t able to go on. Ariel put his arms around her in a comforting hug, laying his head atop hers. “There is a prophecy that one Demoness and one Angel that bear strange markings are our new monarchs that will lead the exiles to victory against our betrayers and reclaim our court.”

Ethan and Cindy's jaw dropped Ethan's heart skipped more then just a beat he had to sit back down "theres no way...theres just no way" Condy almost jumped with joy "brother that means your the new king Dads going to be sooo..." she stopped covering her mouth he hadn't told the others of his markings yet he only walked around the question. She looked at Donia "didn't your parents tell you the stories of the old days?" Ethan looked up at Donia "they should have almost every demonand angel family knows of them" he looked back at the two his heart almost cried for the woman as he saw the burn marks. "why haven't you gotten someone to heal those i'm sure someone in the courts had the power to heal"

Donia stared disbelievingly at the twins and nearly felt sick as the realization hit her. Her hands knotted in her hair and she sat down next to Ethan, pulling her knees to her chest. She didn’t want to believe them, but everything they said felt right in some strange way. She licked her dry lips before answering Cindy. “No. My adoptive parents are mortals,” she mumbled feeling somewhat ashamed at admitting so. “You got lucky when your adoptive parents turned out to be your own kind,” she said bitterly to Ethan feeling hate for him once again. Alizabell did not like the look she received from Ethan as he gawked at her old wounds, but she needed his pity or he might not help. "Our court is no more. I am cursed to remain this way until the castle is ours once again and the King and Queen hold the throne.” Ariel smoothed her hair before taking the wrappings and covered her burns again. “She’s not the only exile to have old wounds from the betrayal so long ago. There are those with worse, believe me.” He stared long and hard at Ethan and Donia as if trying to draw emphasis. “You’ve no idea how long we’ve been waiting for the new monarchs. For both of you. You are destined to help us.”

Ethan looked at Donia "don't take your anger out on me" he grummbled a bit annoyed his eyes gave a gold glint. he looked at Cindy who was smiling at him "go away...errm i mean go play" he wanted to hit something and hit it hard. he had wanted to be normal if not like a mortal like an angel. his wing color was not a color of an angel his eye color was not of mortal or angel and his power wasn't normal for an angel either yet he was an angel. years of teasing and shunning was making him angery again like he was back to being a child "what if we don't go" he asked his voice a bit hautie. "what if we don't want to help you guys maybe things happened for a reason" he began to stand his hands lifting up to emphisis his point his breathing a bit ragged and he was practically shouting at them his eyes were to their full golden color and his aura pulsating around him like a heat wave.. memories of kids calling him names, beating him and taking things from him flooded his mind. he closed his eyes doing what his mother taught him to do when he got this way '1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10' breath '10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1' breath his lips stopped mouthing his numbers and he opened his eyes again they were back to their normal violet color and he was calmer then twenty seconds ago. "you said it yourself its not as bad as it use to be. what if having monarchs for such a short while brought little order to enemies and now its fine to leave it alone"

Donia rolled her eyes, her eyes flashing red once again. She obviously didn’t share Ethan’s feelings on the subject. All her life she pretended to be something she was not; mortal. When she approached the Demon community, she embraced her warmly, for they all respected her power. She thrived off that respect, and was proud of her power, but never saw herself as a Queen. Being a Queen sounded like a lot of responsibility, too much for her that is. Choosing to remain silent, she thought to herself of the current predicament. The color in Ariel’s eyes bled out until they were black as he glared at Ethan. “It’s not up to you! You’re supposed to help those like my sister, not condemn them! Don’t you realize we’re dying as we wait for you to step up?!” Alizabell looked at her brother with emotionless eyes. “Brother dear, calm down. You’re not making matters any better,” she whispered to him. His gaze snapped to her. “But they don’t understand what’s at hand!” Alizabell gave him a look and took his hand in hers. “Forgive my brother. He’s only looking out for me as you do for your sisters.” She gave Ariel’s hand a comforting squeeze, his eyes returning to their usual grey, before letting go and sitting down next to Donia. “I know what you’re thinking right now. You’re thinking of the hatred you feel for Angels. We’re so different, how could we ever get along? We did, for however short a time, when the King and Queen shared a court. Now, the time has come to reclaim that peace and do away with old prejudices and divides for all time. To do so, you have one day to set things in order with your guardians and pack. The other exiles will come for you to take you to The Mansion.” The way she said it made it sound like they didn't have a choice.

Contemplating Ethan looked at Alizabell and Ariel he hated the way they made it seem as if they were their puppets "Cindy!" he yelled motioning for her to come over. she walked over her blond hair flying in the wind as she reached Ethan "we got to go" he looked at Donia a bit betrayed how she warmed up to them from the first glance he wanted to slap her out of it but he knew it was a lost cause. "see you later demon girl" he gave her a look of disgust mixed with saddness he hoped for more in their relationship but Emily was right their demons nothing to expect but pain and hurt. before he left he looked at the two twins and then back to the city infront of him the walk home was silent a very tense kind of silence.

Donia had spent the whole night waiting for the next day to come. Later on, Donia confessed to Erika what was going to happen and she helped pack her bag. Donia hid her bags and woke up early the next day, much to her parent’s surprise. She knew they were getting more and more suspicious as the day went on, but she kept her game face on and spent plenty of time with them, knowing she was actually going to miss them. She didn’t want to lie to them and she couldn’t tell them the truth either, so she kept quiet about it. Finally, in the afternoon, near sunset while Donia was sitting on her bed staring up at the ceiling looking bored, she felt a presence nearby. Quickly sitting up, she felt an intrusion on her thoughts. A tickling sensation at the back of her head sent chills down her spine. Time’s up. Please vacate the premises and step outside. We’re waiting to greet you. A voice whispered into Donia and Ethan’s thoughts. Her heart was hammering as she scrambled to grab her bag and paused at her window. She’d already said goodbye to Erika, but she was reluctant to leave her behind. Still, she unglamoured her wings and leapt out her window and floated down to the ground, leaving her sister to as casually as she could explain to their parents that she'd eloped to Mexico with her nonexistant boyfriend. Once her feet touched down and her wings were glamoured again, she looked around for her escorts.

Tali was cloaked as Ariel sent his message to the demon girl named Donia she was tring to avade glancing at Natapilo who was leaning on a metalic walking sick as tall as herself the ancient carving let her know it was his weapon of choice. Natapilo watched as the girl leaped from the window her grace alone sent happy chills down his spine hope was sparking within him. Ethan had spent the day dreading it Cindy had blabbed to his father about the ordeal at the playgrounda dn his father Cindy and Emily were all excited for him except himself. When the womans voice entered his thoughts he sighed heavily grabbing his bag he walked out the front door getting his last hugs Cindy began to tear up as he closed the door. then he looked at the group before him they were all angels "i thought this was suppose to be a mixed court." he said harshly. Brutus only grunted and bent and whispered to Coraline "she was right he is a bit ignorant" a slight chuckle was held in his chest. as Ethan walked to the group.

Donia finally spotted the exiles and hesitantly approached them, the clutch on her bag tight. “You must be...uh…exiles?” She was hoping with all her might that she hadn’t said the wrong thing, but she was at a loss of what else to say. “My name’s Donia,” she added. She took a moment to have a closer look at them. Ariel grinned crookedly at her, his arms crossed over his chest looking for all the world as if he were in charge. “Right well, most of us already know that. What you don’t know is that my name is Ariel, that’s Tali, Natapilo, and Siobhan.” Siobhan tentatively approached Donia, though her strangely colored eyes weren’t pointed directly at her, she somehow knew where she was standing. “May I?” she asked quietly. Donia licked her lips and shrugged her shoulders, not knowing that Siobhan was blind. Having already seen the future was all right, Siobhan reached out to trail her fingers over Donia’s marks, giggling in delight. “How inspiring,” she called to the others before Ariel shooed her off. Meanwhile, Alizabell was the first to greet Ethan at his door while Coraline looked up at Brutus amusedly. Her face was blank though, as it was impossible for her to smile at his joke. Alizabell ignored them and focused on Ethan. “Ethan, you may call me Alizabell, that is Brutus, and Coraline. We are not a court, we are exiles. Our Demon counterparts are with Donia. We thought this arrangement would be more to your liking.”

Natapilo decided to look closer at her so he slid in steps his movements stiff. once close his breathing was not silent but a hiss as if it was hard for him to breath. his icy fingers trailed her marks "these.....are...geniuene..." he said between breaths he slunk back as Tali easyed her way over "do they hurt" she asked her voice smooth and very dark her fingers didn't graze her skin only hoovered she smiled through "welcome my queen" she bowed slightly her black eyes looked at her only seeing red outlines of the girl "Ariel we will be free of our brudens soon" Tali looked at the others and smiled slightly as her joy began to turn to pain she pulled her cloak closer t oher face as she tried not to scream. on the other side of Town Ethan looked at everyone and Alizabell "h-hi nice to erm meet you all" he scratched the back of his head as his bag hung from his shoulder. "i'm Ethan and well i don't know if i can help you but i guess i have to try" he smiled tring not to seem as big a prick as he already betrayed to Alizabell. Brutus walked up "we know kid and i knew your daddy too and your mommy both of emm" he winked knowing Ethan would catch his drift.

Siobhan shifted to the side when she saw Natapilo decide to approach Donia. Donia’s eyes widened when everyone was starting to get friendly with her before they even got to know her. “Uh…no they don’t hurt. I can feel them there, like they’re a living thing,” she admitted. The realization of how much they looked up to her was way too overwhelming, making her feel sick to her stomach again. She bit her lip when Tali looked like she was suddenly in pain, and she began to realize just how damaged the exiles really were. Ariel sighed heavily and rested his hand on her shoulder for strength. “We should be going now. You have all your things?” Donia nodded stiffly. You ready sister dear? Ariel asked his twin. Alizabell’s lips were in a thin line as she waited for others to get acquainted with Ethan. “I think it’s time for us to depart.” She happily answered Ariel when he contacted her. Yes, brother dear. Let’s notify the others. Together they both sent a message to Salizar and Zaria. We’re on our way with the King and Queen. Prepare for our arrival. The twins closed their eyes and muttered a few words under their breath and everyone would feel uplifted for a moment before a plummeting sensation ran through them until they were suddenly on the grounds of the Mansion.

Ethan exhaled heavily "what in the hell was that!!" he yelled Zaria came from one wing of the mansion her robes flouted behind her her kind voice going to Alizabell "i hope he wasn't to much trouble my dear" she sang Ethan looked at the white clothed woman her pure prescense made him happy "now why aren't you the queen" he outwardly spoke his thought in awe. then blushed from embacement "Oh my dear no i'm a wonderer not a leader i only advise" she smiled sweetly Ethan could only tell the outline of her eyes. "come he must meet the other exiles" Zaria happily said her arm outstretched the white robe hanging from her arm. Salizar came from the darkness as if he materilized from it his voice was dark, hushed and very low. he could not see the new Queen but he could feel the amount of energy that pulsed off her "why you are quite powerful" he said his head completely still the cold chill in the air wafted the black cloths tails up from behind him. "Ariel how was everything" he asked as he glided over to the fellow demon.

Alizabell glared at Ethan for speaking aloud his rude thoughts before answering Zaria. “I’m grateful he didn’t put up a fight. He’s trying, and that’s all we can hope for.” She especially hoped that he might take offense that they were talking about with him standing right there. “Ethan this is Zaria. Donia is with her brother Salizar, we’re going to meet them now.” Coraline contently followed after Zaria to meet the other exile, Alizabell motioning for Ethan to do the same. Donia gasped when she took in the sprawling estate and stumbled before Ariel steadied her. He chuckled a bit when Salizar approached them. “Quite inspiring. I felt inspired. Donia is taking all this in stride, aren’t you?” Siobhan looped her arm through Donia’s and smiled happily at her who desperately tried not to stare at her strangely colored eyes. “Um…Hey look, there’s Ethan.” Ariel ran a hand through his hair before gaping. “Oh I nearly forgot. Forgive me Salizar, introductions are in order. Donia, this is Salizar. His sister, Zaria is over there with Ethan.” Donia ground her teeth at that last sentence; so many things sounded wrong. Alizabell felt a smile lift the corners of her lips when she approached her twin and hugged him. “It’s actually happening, brother dear,” she whispered to him. Siobhan squealed when she saw Coraline and glomped her. (lol)

() Ethan watched Zaria with a look of a school boy crush on his face. Brutus smiled as he saw Tali but it faded when she didn't return the favor spit filling her eyes so he motion to Ethan to snap out of his drooling state. Zaria went over to Donia her smile warm a hello that was none spoken before Salizar placed his hand at the back to signal her to join him so she back up to face both of the Monarchs "i hope you enjoy it here its been a while since a teenager has walked our halls so we're all just a bit excited for the two of you to be living with us" the other exiles began to mummble more of the truth of their excitment "Ariel and Alizabell were and still are you guardians they have assummed the duties of guiding you and teaching you as have the rest" Salizar spoke as if completeing his sisters introduction Zaria looked towards Donia "your room will be in the eastern wing of this mansion Ariel will show you as to where it is" she nodded to Ariel then Salizar finally looked at Ethan "and your room will be on the western wing and Alizabell will inturn do as her brother is doing for Donia" Ethan yawned "what showing me to her room" he smiled before Brutus took his hand and smacked the back of his head. Salizar growled slightly, silently Zaria looking to him as if to calm him his face not moving but he registering her sisterly guidence. then she smiled "Does anyone have anything else to add or any questions"
